Bring on the bling!

This card is definitely one that would stand out on someone's Christmas card display! Just about everything I used is from the new holiday mini, which debuts September 1. The stamp set is called Bells & Boughs and I used some of the divine champagne glass glitter with some brown waffle paper to make the big ruffled edge (sooo easy - no kidding!). I used the SNAIL adhesive to stick the glitter on and it seems to be holding pretty well. The background paper is also new, a very traditional pack of designer series paper called Deck the Halls. I colored the image with markers and then used an actual paint brush (when was the last time you dug one of those out?!?!?) to very carefully paint on some Champagne Mist shimmer paint to the bells and bows. Sparkly, shimmery, and even though the colors are very traditional, there's nothing understated about it!
