Don't fall out of your chairs . . . but here I am again, back in less than a week!!! It is HOT here in Texas already and we have been making good use of my mom's pool lately, which is supposed to wear the kids out so they sleep well at night. This is working, but it is also wearing mama and daddy out so our whole house is sleeping well these days :-)
I'm hoping to have some more time for 'fun' stamping in the next month or so as stamp club is winding down for the summer. This card is one that is purely fun: who doesn't love a bunch of nice fresh pairs of brightly colored flip-flops??? You know, before they get all grungy from wearing them all day, every day for 3 months. I stepped out of my comfort zone and used a color that I don't think I've used all year: Poppy parade. It looks so nice paired with some of the other 2010-2012 in colors, Pear pizzazz and Peach parfait!!

Cardstock: Poppy parade, Whisper white, Daffodil delight, Poppy parade, peach parfait and Pear pizzazz DSP (from hostess set)
Ink:Basic black
Other Stuff: Assorted markers, Daffodil delight taffeta ribbon, tiny colored rhinestones (of unknown origin)
